Three Ways House Hotel, Mickleton

With a background of the change in food, farming, cooking and the restaurant trade since WWII, Prue’s trilogy follows the lives and loves of the Oliver and Angelotti families, most of whom are cooks, restaurateurs and farmers. Prue joins guests for lunch: a glass of wine with the main course, a Pudding Club dessert and coffee.
Prue Leith CBE “flunked” out of Cape Town University, went to the Sorbonne, studied Cordon Bleu in London, started Leith’s Good Food, opened Michelin starred restaurant Leith’s, and Leith’s School of Food and Wine. She has written for The Daily Mail, Sunday Express, and The Guardian. Her twelve cookbooks include Leith’s Cookery Bible. Her other novels include Leaving Patrick and The Choral Society
